How do I know which size to pick?

Most of our items, like our Built Different tees and hoodies, feature a modern "Retail Fit" or "Streetwear Fit."

  • For an athletic look: Order your true size.
  • For an oversized, urban look: We recommend sizing up one or two sizes.
  • Check the Chart: Each product page has a specific size guide to ensure your fit is perfect.

Will my Eazly gear shrink?

We use premium, pre-shrunk fabrics (like our 100% combed ring-spun cotton). While minimal shrinkage can occur if you use high heat, following our care instructions will keep your gear in its original form.

How should I wash my clothes

To keep the high-fidelity graphics vibrant:

  • Turn it inside out.
  • Wash cold with like colors.
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry (preferred).
  • Do not iron directly on the print—the graphics are tough, but they don't like direct heat!

Where does Eazly ship?

We ship worldwide! Whether you’re at the gym in New York or a studio in Tokyo, we’ll get your Eazly gear to you.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day "Keep It Real" return window. If your gear isn't a match for your identity, you can return or exchange it as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and the tags are still on. See our full Return Policy for details.

At Eazly, we believe that fashion is a journey toward your most authentic self. Sometimes, a piece just doesn't fit the "you" you’re expressing today—and that’s okay. We’ve designed our return process to be as effortless as our style.

The "Eazly" Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your order is Made To Be You. If it’s not a match, we’ll help you find one that is.

The "Keep It Authentic" Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must stay in their "original form":

  • Unworn & Unwashed: No stains, scents, or signs of wear.
  • Tags Attached: Keep those Eazly tags right where they are.
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original bags to help us reduce waste.

How to Start Your Return

Visit our Return Portal: Head to eazlystore.com/returns and enter your order number and email.

Choose Your Path: Tell us if you’d like a Refund to your original payment method or an Exchange for a different size or design.

Print & Ship: We’ll generate a prepaid shipping label for you. Just drop it off at the designated carrier.


Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: We offer free shipping on all exchanges. We want to make sure you get the fit that feels like you.

The "Built Different" Exceptions

Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a "Clearance" event cannot be returned.

Damaged Items: If your order arrived less than perfect, email us at support@eazlystore.com within 48 hours so we can make it right immediately.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Start by checking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it’s been more than 9 business days and there’s still no sign of your parcel, send us a quick note at support@eazlystore.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We move fast! Because we want to get your gear to you eazly, we usually process orders within a few hours. If you need to change something, email support@eazlystore.comimmediately, and we’ll do our best to catch it.

How do I start an exchange?

Head to our Return Portal on the site, enter your order number, and select the new size or design you’d like. We offerfree shippingon all exchanges because we want you to have the fit that feels like you.
